Resort Policies

  • Cancellations are subject to refund when cancelled at least 30 days in advance. A 5% administration fee will be charged. When cancelled at least 15 day in advance, 50% will be refunded. No refund within 15 days of your arrival, but we can try to move your stay with us to another time in the same season.
  • Check-in time 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time 11.00 a.m.
  • An early arrival may be arranged for a nominal fee and is subject to availability.
  • Quiet Hours – 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. No loud music anytime.
  • Resort is pet friendly
  • NO smoking policy
  • Campfire in the fire pit only. Do not leave the campfire unattended and put it out before you go to bed.
  • Garbage is to be bagged and put in the blue bin on site.
  • The pool is open from approximately 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No food or drinks are allowed in the pool area. All public health rules posted in the pool area must be followed.
  • Excessive drinking or profane language will not be tolerated.
  • Firearms, air guns, slingshots and FIREWORKS are not allowed at the resort.
  • Please leave your cottage the way you found it.
  • Vehicles are left on the property at owner's own risk.
  • No motorized toy vehicles (a.t.v., golf cart, dirt-bike etc.) are permitted to drive in the resort without management confirmation.
