Rates subject to 13% HST.

1. Seasonal, group and monthly rates available.
2. Summer season is June 1st to September 15th. Off-season: 10% discount on regular rates
3. No linens included!
4. During July and August cottages are usually rented by the week Sunday to Sunday. Weekend or midweek rentals may be available if vacancies exist.
5. Payment may be made by cash, debit, or credit card. A deposit of 50% is required for reservations.
6. The maximum numbers and additional charges do not apply to children 2 years of age and under.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy

1. We need a 50% deposit for each reservation, which can be paid by credit card. Balance is due upon arrival.
2. Reservations made within 4 weeks of date of arrival have to be paid in full and payment is non-refundable.
3. Reservations can be made online, or by telephone.
4. If a reservation is cancelled with at least 8 weeks notice, your deposit will be refunded, minus $50 administration fee. We can also try to reschedule your reservation and use your deposit for this new booking.
5. Cancellation within 8 weeks prior to arrival: if we can rebook the cottage, your deposit will be refunded minus $100 administration fee; otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
